When you create an account with us, you get full access to your own control panel dashboard. You can manage your own listings with advanced features and functionality and make changes as necessary whenever you like.
Our calendar system syncs with other popular systems to keep your availability up to date.
It’s free to sign up and list with Bikers Are Welcome, we charge a very competitive service fee at the point of reservation. All payments on Bikers Are Welcome are processed by either PayPal or Stripe, you can be assured our system is 100% safe and secure with their industry leading fraud protection.

Bikers are Welcome has a fully integrated booking system. Customers can search for accommodation, check availability and request to book with the host. Hosts can then approve the booking, ready for payment from the customer.
All bookings can be managed in the hosts account and all features are automated with email alerts for hosts and guests.
To be a host on Bikers Are Welcome is simple, just click on the Become a Host link in to the top right hand corner to register. Once registered, click on the circle thumbnail in the top right hand corner and click Add new listing on the drop down menu!
All payments are managed through Paypal. We charge a small commission fee of 3% of the booking total. The rest is yours to keep! A full breakdown of our how payments and fees work is available in the Host Resources section once you’ve signed up.
Hosts can upgrade to our featured accommodation on the dashboard, featured accommodation will then be featured on our home page and also come up first when customers search for accommodation in your area. Featured accommodation now also gets posted to our social media for maximum exposure.
Anyone. There’s no restrictions on who can host with us, all accommodation is welcome. All we ask for is that your place is biker friendly, which usually just means you have parking available!
Hosts can send guests messages using the built in messaging system once a reservation is requested. All messages can be managed in your dashboard.
Guests pay 50% up front to make a reservation, you take the remainder of the payment via your normal method, in person, as you do now. You can request a withdrawal for the balance we hold at any time. Our fee is deducted from this balance.
