Here is a 2-story, 3-bedroom, pet-friendly family cabin with 1.5-baths! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a breakfast bar plus a dining table, a wood stove (firewood provided), a well equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a 3/4-bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one bedroom with 1-twin sized bed, plus 1-full sized bed, a walk-out balcony, and a shared 1/2-bath. This pet-friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 7-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

- If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property(ies) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (whichever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. On or after December 1st, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-booked, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.

- a. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM b. Guest must be mindful and respectful of all neighbors c. Enforced Maximum Occupancy d. Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. e. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. f. Early check-in is not allowed g. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging ([email protected]), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. h. Housekeeping services are not available during the Guest stay.
